A personal project, and why

I built this for myself, to make sense of the running I've actually done. It zooms out and asks two plain questions, both over time: how much have I been running, and what are my runs actually like? They sound basic, but nearly everything in running comes back to them, and the real picture only shows up over years, not in any single week. It sticks to what your data shows.

It reads your Strava activities file in your browser. Only a few summary facts from that file leave your device, and nothing about you is stored here. It's a small project, still finding its feet.
